Keo chít gạch là gì? Thi công keo chít mạch thế nào?
Như các bạn đã biết khi thi công với gạch ốp lát sẽ xuất hiện các đường ron gạch. Để hoàn thiện được bề mặt ốp lát, cần phải lấp kín các đường ron này lại. Theo cách truyền thống, thợ thi công sẽ dùng xi măng trắng để chít mạch. Nhưng xu hướng thi công ốp lốp hiện nay, xi măng trắng không còn phù hợp nữa. Loại vật liệu mới được sử dụng để chà ron, lau mạch chính là keo chít mạch.
Keo chít mạch hay còn được gọi là keo chà ron, keo chít ron, keo trét mạch…Đây là loại vật liệu tương đối mới. Nó được phát triển dựa trên thành phần xi măng và các chất hóa học. Ưu điểm của keo chà ron chính là hiệu quả tuyệt vời mà nó mang lại.
Keo chít ron không những giúp lấp đầy các đường ron gạch để tạo sự liên kết giữa các viên gạch với nhau. Mà nó còn chứa những phụ gia giúp chống mài mòn, tạo sự đàn hồi, chống thấm nước. Với những ưu điểm này mà bề mặt thi công sẽ tránh được hiện tượng nứt vỡ.
Sản phẩm keo chít mạch trên thị trường còn có rất nhiều màu sắc. Do đó, bạn sử dụng màu tương ứng với màu gạch sẽ tạo nên sự đồng bộ, tăng tính thẩm mỹ của bề mặt ốp lát.
Có thể nói keo chít ron có nhiều ưu điểm nên có thể hiểu loại vật liệu xây dựng này được sử dụng phổ biến hiện nay. Trong các công trình xây dựng lớn, yêu cầu kỹ thuật là bắt buộc phải sử dụng keo dán gạch và keo trét mạch. Loại vật liệu tiên tiến sẽ tạo sự liên kết tốt hơn với những vật liệu gạch ốp lát mới như gạch granite, gạch khổ lớn, gạch thẻ, gạch mosaic..
Keo chít mạch Perflex không chỉ mang lại độ bền vượt trội mà còn đảm bảo an toàn và thân thiện với môi trường. Dưới đây là các bước thi công keo chít mạch Perflex để đảm bảo đạt được hiệu quả tốt nhất.
Bước 1 : Chuẩn bị các dụng cụ để chít mạch gạch
- Súng bắn keo
- Thanh vuốt mạch (hoặc bi cầu) tạo mạch
- Tuốc nơ vít làm sạch đường ron
- Sáp bôi để keo không bám trên bề mặt gạch
- Dao cạo mạch thừa

Bước 2: Vệ sinh mạch ron
- Dùng bay hoặc tuốc nơ vít để cạo sạch mạch cũ
- Quét sạch, hút bụi bề mặt cần thi công

Bước 3: Chọn màu phù hợp và bơm keo
- Chọn Màu Keo: Chọn màu keo phù hợp với màu gạch của bạn.
- Lắp Đặt Vào Súng: Gắn tuýp keo vào súng bơm keo và gắn vòi, sau đó bắn nhẹ để trộn đều keo trong vòi. Loại bỏ một khoảng 30 cm keo đầu tiên để đảm bảo hỗn hợp keo đều.
- Bơm Keo: Bơm keo vào đường ron, đảm bảo keo được bơm đều và đầy đường ron.

Bước 4: Chà ron sàn gạch
Sau 5-10 phút, dùng thanh vuốt mạch (hoặc bi cầu) chà vào mạch để tạo bề mặt mạch gạch và đây cũng là bước quan trọng nên bạn cần làm cẩn thận và tỉ mỉ một chút để đường ron được đẹp và đều.

Bước 5: Công đoạn hoàn thành, gạt bỏ phần rìa – keo thừa
- Sau khi hoàn thành các công đoạn trên thì bạn chỉ cần đợi khoang 2-3h đồng hồ cho keo chít mạch gạch Perflex được khô và cứng hẳn sau đó dùng dao xủi bỏ phần keo thừa

Bước 6: Hoàn Thiện
- Vệ Sinh Khu Vực Thi Công: Vệ sinh sạch sẽ toàn bộ khu vực thi công, đảm bảo không còn keo dư hay bụi bẩn.
- Bàn Giao: Kiểm tra lại toàn bộ khu vực vừa thi công và bàn giao cho khách hàng.
